Program #1 : VITAFORTIS Foundation 12 A 12 week Beginner Strength program designed for men 40+, to help you get strong, rebuild your metabolism, improve mobility, reduce joint stiffness and regain confidence & discipline and acquire a sustainable fitness habit that lasts. This program is the foundation for everything you'll build in VITAFORTIS. Ideal For: - Someone who completed the 12 week Foundation - A man who has some training experience but wants structure - Users wanting a short, intense block to "level up" Structure: - 4 weeks - 4 workouts per week ( 2 strength days, 1 conditioning day, 1 hybrid strength + conditioning day - Joint-friendly conditioning (bike, incline walk, rower, circuits). - Home & Gym variations Workout Duration: 40-50 mins PROGRAM #3: VITAFORTIS Mobility & Longevity Flow Goal: Improve mobility, flexibility, joint health, and pain-free movement while maintaining strength essentials.
